Johnny Iuzzini
Johnny Iuzzini (born August 31, 1974) is an American pastry chef and television personality. He is known for his innovative approach to desserts and his appearances on various cooking shows.

Johnny Iuzzini was born in New York City, New York. He developed an interest in cooking at a young age and pursued his passion by attending the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. During his time at the CIA, Iuzzini honed his skills in pastry and baking.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Iuzzini began his professional career working under renowned chefs such as Daniel Boulud at Daniel and Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Jean-Georges. Iuzzini served as the Executive Pastry Chef at Jean-Georges from 2002 to 2011. During his tenure, he earned critical acclaim for his innovative desserts and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Pastry Chef" by the James Beard Foundation in 2006.
