Josh Green is an American politician and physician who has served as the Governor of Hawaii since 2022. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Josh Green was born on February 11, 1970, in Kingston, New York. He attended Swarthmore College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. He later received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Penn State College of Medicine.

Before entering politics, Green worked as an emergency room physician. He practiced medicine in rural areas of Hawaii, providing healthcare services to underserved communities.
