- Kandiyohi County is a county located in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, the population was 43,248. Its county seat is Willmar. Kandiyohi County comprises the Willmar, MN Micropolitan Statistical Area.

- Kandiyohi County is located in the southern part of Minnesota. The county has a total area of 862 square miles (2,230 km2), of which 796 square miles (2,060 km2) is land and 66 square miles (170 km2) (7.7%) is water.

- As of the 2020 census, there were 43,248 people, 17,605 households, and 11,872 families residing in the county. The population density was 54.3 inhabitants per square mile (21.0/km2).
