Kate Hall (born January 12, 1997) is an American track and field athlete specializing in the long jump and sprints. She is known for her exceptional performances in high school and collegiate competitions.

Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]

Kate Hall was born in Casco, Maine. She attended Lake Region High School, where she began to excel in track and field events. During her high school career, Hall set multiple state records and gained national attention for her performances.

High School Career[edit | edit source]

In 2015, Hall set the national high school record in the long jump with a leap of 22 feet, 5 inches (6.83 meters) at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet. This record-breaking jump earned her widespread recognition and solidified her status as one of the top high school athletes in the country.

Collegiate Career[edit | edit source]

Hall initially attended Iowa State University, where she competed for the Iowa State Cyclones track and field team. She later transferred to the University of Georgia, joining the Georgia Bulldogs track and field team. During her time at the University of Georgia, Hall continued to excel in the long jump and sprints, earning multiple All-American honors.

After completing her collegiate career, Hall turned professional and began competing in national and international track and field events. She has participated in various competitions, including the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships and the World Championships.
