Kedem is a company based in the United States that specializes in the production and distribution of kosher food products. The company was established in the mid-20th century and has since grown to become one of the leading providers of kosher foods in the U.S. and abroad.

Kedem was founded in 1948 by Harold Weiss and his father-in-law, Joseph Herzog. The company started as a small wine operation in New York City, but quickly expanded to include a wide range of kosher food products. Today, Kedem is a part of the larger Royal Wine Corporation, which is still owned and operated by the Herzog family.
