Kevin O'Connor is an American physician who serves as the White House Physician to the President of the United States, Joe Biden. He has a distinguished career in medicine, particularly in the field of family medicine and military medicine.

Kevin O'Connor was born in the United States. He pursued his undergraduate education at St. Bonaventure University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
