Keya Paha County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2010 census, the population was 824. Its county seat is Springview. The county was created in 1884 and organized in 1885. It was named after the Keya Paha River which runs through the county. Keya Paha is a Dakota Sioux phrase meaning "turtle hill", referring to the local landscape.
