Khao kha mu (Thai: ข้าวขาหมู) is a popular Thai dish, often sold at street stalls or markets in Thailand. It is a Thai version of a Chinese dish, made from pork leg that has been stewed in soy sauce and spices, served with rice, pickled mustard greens, and a boiled egg.
