Ladob

Ladob is a traditional Caribbean dish made from cassava, yams, and plantains that are boiled and mashed together. The mixture is then shaped into balls or patties and fried. It is often served as a side dish or as a snack. Ladob is particularly popular in the countries of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic.
