Leeann Chin (February 13, 1933 – March 10, 2010) was a Chinese-American restaurateur and founder of the Leeann Chin restaurant chain, which specializes in Chinese cuisine. She was a prominent figure in the culinary world, particularly in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.

Leeann Chin was born in Guangzhou, China. She immigrated to the United States in 1956, settling in Minnesota. Chin initially worked as a seamstress before turning her attention to cooking, a skill she had honed from a young age.
