Cluedo (known as Clue in North America) is a popular murder mystery board game originally published by Waddingtons in the United Kingdom in 1949. The game was devised by Anthony E. Pratt. The object of the game is to determine who murdered the game's victim, where the crime took place, and which weapon was used. The following is a list of characters from the game.

The original game included six characters:
- Colonel Mustard: A dignified, dapper, and dangerous military man.
- Miss Scarlett: A femme fatale with a mysterious past.
- Mrs. White: The housekeeper, often depicted as a maid or cook.
- Reverend Green (Mr. Green in North America): A clergyman with a dark side.
- Mrs. Peacock: A socialite with a penchant for gossip.
- Professor Plum: An intellectual with a questionable reputation.
