The following is a list of the tallest hospitals in the world. These hospitals are notable for their height and often serve as major medical centers in their respective regions. The list includes hospitals that are currently in operation, as well as those that are under construction or have been proposed.
Tallest Hospitals[edit | edit source]
- O'Quinn Medical Tower at St. Luke's - Located in Houston, Texas, this hospital stands at 433 feet (132 meters) with 29 floors. It is part of the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world.
- The Royal London Hospital - Situated in Whitechapel, London, this hospital reaches a height of 284 feet (87 meters) with 18 floors. It is one of the largest teaching hospitals in the United Kingdom.
- Guy's Hospital - Also located in London, this hospital has a height of 469 feet (143 meters) with 34 floors. It is part of the King's College London and is known for its research and medical education.
- The Cleveland Clinic - This hospital in Cleveland, Ohio stands at 278 feet (85 meters) with 12 floors. It is renowned for its cardiac care and medical research.
- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this hospital reaches a height of 424 feet (129 meters) with 20 floors. It is a leading center for organ transplantation and cancer treatment.

- The New Stanford Hospital - Currently under construction in Stanford, California, this hospital is expected to reach a height of 300 feet (91 meters) with 14 floors. It will be part of the Stanford University Medical Center.
- The New Royal Adelaide Hospital - Being built in Adelaide, South Australia, this hospital will stand at 246 feet (75 meters) with 11 floors. It will be one of the most advanced hospitals in the Southern Hemisphere.

- The New York-Presbyterian Hospital Expansion - A proposed expansion in New York City that will add a new tower reaching 350 feet (107 meters) with 15 floors. It will enhance the hospital's capacity and facilities.
