The Lithuanian Special Operations Force (LITHSOF) (Template:Lang-lt) is a special forces unit of the Lithuanian Armed Forces. Established in 2002, LITHSOF is tasked with conducting a variety of special operations, including counter-terrorism, direct action, special reconnaissance, and unconventional warfare.

The Lithuanian Special Operations Force was officially formed in 2002, although its roots can be traced back to earlier special operations units within the Lithuanian military. The establishment of LITHSOF was part of Lithuania's broader efforts to modernize its military and enhance its capabilities in response to new security challenges.

LITHSOF is composed of several specialized units, each with its own specific roles and capabilities. These units include:
