Lorimer Fenton Dods (1900–1981) was an Australian pediatrician and a pioneer in the field of pediatrics in Australia. He is best known for his contributions to the establishment of specialized medical care for children and for founding the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children in Sydney.

Lorimer Dods was born in Sydney, New South Wales, in 1900. He attended Sydney Grammar School and later studied medicine at the University of Sydney, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1924.
