Love in a Puff (film)
Love in a Puff is a 2010 Hong Kong romantic comedy film directed by Pang Ho-cheung. The film stars Miriam Yeung and Shawn Yue and is the first installment in the "Love in a Puff" series. The film explores the lives of two smokers who meet during a government-enforced smoking ban in Hong Kong.

The story begins with a government-imposed smoking ban in Hong Kong, which forces smokers to gather in back alleys and other hidden spots to indulge in their habit. It is in one of these impromptu smoking areas that Cherie Yu (played by Miriam Yeung) and Jimmy Cheung (played by Shawn Yue) meet. Cherie is a cosmetics salesgirl, while Jimmy works in advertising. Despite their different backgrounds, they bond over their shared habit and begin a romantic relationship.
