Miriam Yeung Chin-wah (born 3 February 1974) is a prominent Hong Kong singer and actress. She is one of the most popular and influential female singers in the Cantopop music industry. Yeung has released numerous albums and has won various awards throughout her career. She is also known for her roles in Hong Kong cinema and television dramas.
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Miriam Yeung was born in Hong Kong. Before entering the entertainment industry, she worked as a registered nurse at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
Music Career[edit | edit source]
Yeung's music career began in 1995 when she participated in the TVB New Talent Singing Awards and won third place. She subsequently signed with Capital Artists and released her debut album in 1996. Over the years, she has released multiple albums, including hits like "Sisters" and "Small City, Big Matter."
