Marysville is a city located in the state of Kansas, United States. It is the county seat of Marshall County, and as of the 2010 census, the city population was 3,294. Marysville is known for its rich history, vibrant community, and the iconic Black Squirrels.

- Marysville was established in 1851 and was named after Mary Marshall, the wife of the town's founder, Francis J. Marshall. The city played a significant role in the westward expansion of the United States, serving as a home station on the Pony Express route.
