McAlister's Deli is a American chain of fast casual restaurants founded in 1989 in Oxford, Mississippi by retired dentist Dr. Don Newcomb. The menu includes deli sandwiches, "Texas-size" spuds (baked potatoes), soups, salads, and desserts, as well as catering items such as sandwich trays and boxed lunches. The chain is also known for its McAlister's Famous Sweet Tea, which is available by the glass or by the gallon.

Don Newcomb, a retired dentist, founded McAlister's Deli in Oxford, Mississippi in 1989. The original restaurant was started in a renovated gas station, and the atmosphere of its origins is kept alive in the decor of the chain's eateries today. The chain has grown steadily since its inception and was acquired by Roark Capital Group in 2005. As of 2019, the chain has over 400 locations in 28 states.
