Meharry Medical College

Meharry Medical College is a historically black medical school located in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Founded in 1876, it is one of the oldest and most distinguished African American medical schools in the nation. Meharry Medical College was established just after the American Civil War in 1876 as the Medical Department of Central Tennessee College.
