The Milpark Hospital is a private hospital located in Parktown West, Johannesburg, South Africa. It is owned by Netcare Limited. The hospital specializes in trauma and cardiology services and has a level 1 accredited trauma unit. It has a total of 342 beds, including 95 high care and intensive care beds. Milpark Hospital is also home to the only Gamma Knife unit in South Africa.

Notable patients who have received treatment at Milpark Hospital include former South African President Nelson Mandela, who was treated for an acute respiratory infection in January 2011 and underwent a laparoscopy in February 2012. South African sprinter Oscar Pistorius was also treated at the hospital after a serious boating accident in February 2009.

Tragically, Milpark Hospital has also been the site of the passing of prominent individuals. On 2 April 2018, anti-apartheid activist Winnie Madikizela-Mandela passed away at the hospital. In 2021, actor Shona Ferguson died at the hospital due to COVID-19 complications. He is survived by his wife, actress Connie Ferguson, and two daughters.
