Miriam Stoppard

Stoppard was born as Miriam Lillian Frankel to a Jewish family in Newcastle upon Tyne. She attended the Newcastle University Medical School where she received her medical degree.

Stoppard's career spans across various fields including medicine, writing, and television. She has written numerous books on health and family issues, many of which have been bestsellers. Her most notable works include Conception, Pregnancy and Birth, Baby and Child Health Care, and Dr. Miriam Stoppard's New Pregnancy and Birth Book.
