Mount Kisco is a village and town in Westchester County, New York, United States. It is both a village and a town, having been incorporated as a village in 1875 and as a town in 1978. Mount Kisco serves as a commercial hub for the surrounding area.

Mount Kisco was originally settled by European colonists in the 1600s. The area was primarily agricultural until the arrival of the New York Central Railroad in the 19th century, which spurred development and growth. The village was incorporated in 1875, and it became a town in 1978.

Mount Kisco is located in the center of Westchester County. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 3.1 square miles, of which 3.0 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles is water.
