NN Group
NN Group is a Dutch multinational insurance and asset management company headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. The company provides a range of financial services including life insurance, pensions, retirement services, investment management, and banking products. NN Group operates in more than 18 countries, primarily in Europe and Japan.

NN Group traces its origins back to 1845 with the establishment of the De Nederlanden van 1845 in Rotterdam. Over the years, the company expanded through various mergers and acquisitions. In 1963, De Nederlanden van 1845 merged with the Nationale Levensverzekering-Bank to form Nationale-Nederlanden. In 1991, Nationale-Nederlanden merged with NMB Postbank Group to create ING Group.
In 2013, ING Group decided to separate its insurance and investment management operations, leading to the creation of NN Group. NN Group was officially listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in 2014.
