NN Group N.V. is a Dutch financial services company headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. It offers insurance, pensions, and asset management services. The company was established in 2014 following the split of ING Group into ING Bank and NN Group. NN Group is listed on the Euronext Amsterdam.

NN Group's origins can be traced back to the establishment of the Nationale-Nederlanden insurance company in 1963 through the merger of two Dutch insurance companies.
