Nandrolone undecylate is an anabolic steroid that is used in veterinary medicine, specifically in horses. It is also known as Dynabolon.

Nandrolone undecylate is a synthetic derivative of testosterone, the primary male sex hormone. It has a chemical structure of 17β-Hydroxyestr-4-en-3-one 17-undecanoate. The undecylate ester extends the activity of the drug for a prolonged period of time.

Nandrolone undecylate is a prodrug of nandrolone. Upon administration, it is metabolized by the body into its active form. It works by increasing the amount of protein that the body can synthesize from amino acids, leading to increased muscle mass and strength.
