Nestlé Nigeria Plc is a publicly listed food and beverage specialty company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. It is a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation.

Nestlé Nigeria Plc was incorporated in 1961 and began operations in 1962, marking the first presence of the global company in Nigeria. The company was initially established as a trading business, importing Nestlé products from other countries into Nigeria. In 1967, Nestlé Nigeria began to develop its own manufacturing capability and has since evolved into a company that also exports to other countries in Africa.

Nestlé Nigeria operates three manufacturing plants in Nigeria, located in Agbara, Ogun State, and Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. The company produces a wide range of products including beverages, food, and confectionery. Some of its popular brands include Maggi, Nestlé Pure Life, Golden Morn, and Milo.
