Newk's Eatery is an American chain of fast casual restaurants founded in 2004 by Don Newcomb, Debra Bryson and Chris Newcomb, the team that previously created the McAlister's Deli franchise. The company is headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi and as of 2020, operates more than 100 locations in 13 states.

Don Newcomb, Debra Bryson and Chris Newcomb, who had previously founded the McAlister's Deli chain, established Newk's Eatery in 2004. The first location was opened in Oxford, Mississippi. The name "Newk's" was a nickname for Chris Newcomb, who is the son of Don Newcomb.

In 2014, the company was sold to Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2020, Newk's Eatery operates more than 100 locations in 13 states across the United States.
