Nuestra Cocina was established in 2004 by Benjamin Gonzales and Shannon Dooley-Gonzales. The couple's shared passion for Mexican cuisine and their desire to introduce the flavors of Mexico to the people of Portland led to the creation of Nuestra Cocina.
