Obras Sanitarias del Estado
Obras Sanitarias del Estado (OSE) is the national water supply and sanitation company of Uruguay. It is responsible for providing potable water and sanitation services to the entire country. OSE is a state-owned enterprise and operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Housing, Territorial Planning and Environment.
