Okells Brewery is a renowned brewery located in the Isle of Man, a self-governing British Crown dependency in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland. The brewery was established in 1850 by Dr. William Okell, who introduced a new style of beer to the island, known as Okells Bitter.

Okells Brewery was founded by Dr. William Okell in 1850. Dr. Okell was a philanthropist and a pioneer in the brewing industry. He introduced a new style of beer to the Isle of Man, known as Okells Bitter, which quickly gained popularity among the locals.

In 1874, the brewery moved to its current location in Douglas, the capital and largest town of the Isle of Man. The new brewery was equipped with the latest brewing technology of the time, which allowed Okells to produce a wider range of beers.

Okells Brewery produces a variety of beers, including Okells Bitter, Okells Mild, Okells IPA, and Okells Stout. The brewery also produces seasonal beers and limited edition brews.

Okells Bitter is the brewery's flagship beer. It is a traditional British bitter with a rich, malty flavor and a smooth finish. Okells Mild is a dark, sweet beer with a full-bodied flavor. Okells IPA is a hoppy, bitter beer with a strong, fruity aroma. Okells Stout is a dark, rich beer with a creamy head and a complex flavor profile.

Okells Brewery distributes its beers throughout the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom. The brewery also exports its beers to several countries around the world.
