Operation USA (also known as OpUSA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Los Angeles, California, United States. Founded in 1979 by Richard M. Walden, the organization is dedicated to providing relief and development aid to communities affected by disasters, disease, and poverty around the world.

Operation USA was established in response to the humanitarian crisis in Cambodia following the Khmer Rouge regime. The organization initially focused on delivering medical supplies and food to refugees.
