Oporto is an Australian fast-food chain with a Portuguese theme. The restaurant was founded in 1986 by Antonio Cerqueira, an Australian of Portuguese descent. Oporto specializes in Portuguese-style chicken and burgers.

Antonio Cerqueira founded Oporto in 1986 in North Bondi, Sydney, Australia. The restaurant was named after the city of Oporto, Portugal, which is known for its unique style of flame-grilled chicken. Cerqueira wanted to bring the taste of his homeland to Australia, and thus, Oporto was born.

Oporto's menu primarily consists of flame-grilled chicken, burgers, and spicy sauces. The restaurant is famous for its Bondi Burger, which is a Portuguese-style burger with two grilled chicken fillets, lettuce, cheese, and Oporto's signature Chilli Sauce.

Oporto has expanded significantly since its inception. As of 2021, there are over 150 Oporto restaurants in Australia, and the chain has also expanded internationally to countries like New Zealand, the United States, and China.
