Gameplay[edit | edit source]
In Pathologic, players control one of three characters, each with their own storylines, quests, and characters to interact with. The game takes place in a town plagued by a deadly disease, and the player must navigate the town, interact with its inhabitants, and make decisions that will affect the outcome of the game.
The game is known for its bleak atmosphere and challenging gameplay. Players must manage their character's health, hunger, and fatigue levels while also dealing with the town's inhabitants, who can be hostile or helpful depending on the player's actions.
