Pathology (film)
Pathology is a 2008 American horror film directed by Marc Schölermann and written by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the duo behind the Crank series. The film stars Milo Ventimiglia, Alyssa Milano, Lauren Lee Smith, Johnny Whitworth, John de Lancie, and Keir O'Donnell. It revolves around a group of medical students who devise a deadly game: to see who can commit the perfect murder.

The story follows Dr. Ted Grey (Milo Ventimiglia), a promising medical student who joins one of the nation's most prestigious Pathology programs. There, he becomes entangled with a group of pathology interns who are involved in a sinister game. Led by the charismatic Dr. Jake Gallo (Michael Weston), the group is engaged in an underground operation where they cause deaths in order to examine the autopsies. The game escalates as each murder becomes more twisted and complex than the last, pushing Ted to moral boundaries he never thought he would cross.

Pathology was produced by Lakeshore Entertainment and distributed by MGM Distribution Co..
