Perfect Chaos is a monstrous creature that embodies the destructive power of the Chaos Emeralds. It is a massive, water-based entity with a serpentine body and a dragon-like appearance. In its Perfect form, Chaos becomes an immense, rampaging beast capable of causing widespread devastation.
