Poliklinik Cheras (also known as Poliklinik Cahaya) was a governmental hospital located in Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia. It was originally named The Lady Templer Hospital and opened its doors in October 1954. The hospital served the community for 30 years before closing down in 1984.

The Lady Templer Hospital, later known as Poliklinik Cheras, was named after the British doctor, Lady Templer. It received a donation of 300,000 dollars from the Federal Government in 1955. The hospital was visited by the Sultan of Selangor in 1962. Due to its location in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, the hospital was eventually renamed Poliklinik Cheras.
