The Pop Cola Panthers were a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The team was owned by RFM Corporation, a food and beverage company in the Philippines. The team was founded in 1990 and was dissolved in 2001.

The Pop Cola Panthers were one of the most successful teams in the PBA during the 1990s. They won four PBA championships during their existence. The team was known for its fast-paced, high-scoring style of play.

The Pop Cola Panthers won four PBA championships. Their first championship came in the 1991 PBA All-Filipino Conference. They also won the 1992 PBA All-Filipino Conference, the 1997 PBA Governors' Cup, and the 1998 PBA Centennial Cup.

Several notable players played for the Pop Cola Panthers, including Ato Agustin, Alvin Patrimonio, and Jerry Codiñera. Agustin was the team's leading scorer and was named the PBA's Most Valuable Player in 1992. Patrimonio and Codiñera were also key contributors to the team's success.

The Pop Cola Panthers were dissolved in 2001. The team's franchise was sold to the Coca-Cola Tigers, another PBA team.
