Pratt County is a county located in the U.S. state of Kansas. As of the 2020 census, the county population was 9,656. The largest city and county seat is Pratt. The county was established in 1867 and named in honor of Caleb S. Pratt, a 19th-century Bostonian who died in the Civil War.
