Psion Revo is a personal digital assistant (PDA) developed by Psion. It was released in 1999 and is part of the Psion Series 5 line of PDAs. The Revo is notable for its compact design, integrated keyboard, and robust software suite.

Design and Hardware[edit | edit source]

The Psion Revo features a clamshell design with a touch-sensitive monochrome LCD screen and a full QWERTY keyboard. The device is powered by a 36 MHz ARM 710T processor and includes 8 MB or 16 MB of RAM, depending on the model. It also has an internal rechargeable battery, which provides several hours of usage on a single charge.

The Revo's display is a 480x160 pixel monochrome screen, which supports touch input via a stylus. The screen is backlit, making it usable in various lighting conditions.

The Psion Revo includes an infrared port for wireless data transfer and synchronization with other devices. It also has a proprietary serial port for connecting to a PC or other peripherals.

The Revo runs the EPOC operating system, which is known for its stability and efficiency.
