Qurutob

To prepare the qurut sauce, the dried qurut balls are first dissolved in water, sometimes with the addition of milk to create a creamy consistency. The mixture is then heated and stirred until it thickens. In some variations, garlic and other seasonings are added to the sauce for extra flavor.
