Radiology is a monthly, peer-reviewed, medical journal, first published in 1923. It is published by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and covers research in radiology. The current editor-in-chief is David A. Bluemke.

The journal was established in 1923. It is published by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), a professional society of radiologists, radiation oncologists, and medical physicists based in the United States but with international membership.

The journal publishes original research and reviews in radiology. The content includes articles on radiology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine.

The journal is abstracted and indexed in PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus, and the Science Citation Index. According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2019 impact factor of 7.931.
