Rafaela telenovela SJ

Rafaela is a Mexican telenovela produced by Nathalie Lartilleux for Televisa. It is based on the Venezuelan telenovela Rafaela, enfermera, which itself was an adaptation of the novel Rafaela by Delia Fiallo. The series aired on Canal de las Estrellas from January to July 2011, spanning a total of 120 episodes. The main roles were portrayed by Scarlett Ortiz as Rafaela Martinez and Jorge Poza as José María Báez.

Rafaela tells the story of Rafaela Martinez, a dedicated and hardworking nurse who struggles to support her family while searching for love. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she meets José María Báez, a doctor at the hospital where she works. Despite the social and economic differences between them, Rafaela and José María fall deeply in love. However, their relationship faces numerous obstacles, including opposition from their families and the revelation of dark secrets from the past.
