Randy LaJoie (born September 28, 1961) is a former American professional stock car racing driver. He is best known for his success in the NASCAR Busch Series (now known as the NASCAR Xfinity Series), where he won the championship in 1996 and 1997. Early Life and Career[edit | edit source]
Randy LaJoie was born in Norwalk, Connecticut. He began his racing career in the late 1970s, competing in local short track races. His talent quickly became apparent, and by the mid-1980s, LaJoie was making a name for himself in regional stock car racing circuits. His success in these early years laid the foundation for his move to the national stage.
NASCAR Career[edit | edit source]

After retiring from full-time racing, Randy LaJoie remained active in the NASCAR community.
