Reach Canada
Reach Canada is a non-profit organization based in Canada. It is dedicated to educating and informing persons with disabilities, lawyers, caregivers, and the general public about the rights and interests of persons who have disabilities. Reach Canada also provides lawyer referral services to individuals with disabilities.

Reach Canada was established in 1981 by a group of young lawyers who identified a need for specialized legal services for persons with disabilities. The organization was initially funded by the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Foundation of Ontario.
Services[edit | edit source]
Reach Canada offers a variety of services to individuals with disabilities and their families. These include:
- Legal Referral Service: Reach Canada connects individuals with disabilities who require legal advice or representation with lawyers who specialize in disability law.
- Education and Outreach: Reach Canada conducts seminars and workshops on disability rights and legal issues affecting persons with disabilities. These educational programs are designed for persons with disabilities, their families, lawyers, and the general public.
