The Republican Party of Minnesota is the affiliate of the Republican Party (United States) in the state of Minnesota. The party is headquartered in Saint Paul. It is one of the two major political parties in the state, alongside the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL).

The Republican Party of Minnesota was founded in the 1850s, around the same time as the national Republican Party. The party played a significant role in the state's early political history, contributing to the election of Minnesota's first governor, Henry Hastings Sibley, who was a member of the Democratic Party but later aligned with the Republicans.
