The Republican Party of Minnesota is the affiliate of the Republican Party (United States) in the state of Minnesota. The party is headquartered in Saint Paul. It is one of the two major political parties in the state, alongside the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL).

The Republican Party of Minnesota was founded in the 1850s, around the same time as the national Republican Party.
