Roi Et Hospital is the main hospital of Roi Et Province, Thailand. It is classified as a regional hospital under the Ministry of Public Health. The hospital is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, Mahasarakham University and has a CPIRD Medical Education Center that trains doctors.

Roi Et Hospital was founded on 5 September 1940 and opened to the public on 24 June 1941. In 2009, the hospital entered into an agreement to train medical students and serve as a clinical teaching hospital for the Faculty of Medicine, Mahasarakham University under the CPIRD program.
