Ron Harper is a former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for several teams during his career. He was born on January 20, 1964, in Dayton, Ohio. Harper played college basketball at Miami University before being selected in the first round of the 1986 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
