Rosati's
Rosati's is a popular American pizza chain that specializes in Chicago-style pizza. The chain was founded in 1964 by Sam Rosati, and it has since grown to include over 200 locations across the United States.

The first Rosati's was opened in Mount Prospect, Illinois by Sam Rosati, who was a member of a family that had been in the pizza business in Chicago since the early 1900s. The chain quickly gained popularity for its authentic Chicago-style pizza and Italian dishes.

Rosati's menu primarily consists of Chicago-style pizza, but it also includes other Italian dishes such as pasta, sandwiches, and salads. The chain is particularly known for its deep-dish pizza, which is a staple of Chicago cuisine.
