Roseville is a city located in Placer County, California, United States. It is situated in the Sacramento metropolitan area and is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the state. With a population of approximately 140,000 residents, Roseville offers a vibrant community with a rich history and a variety of amenities.

The history of Roseville dates back to the 19th century when it was originally a stagecoach station called Griders. In 1864, the Central Pacific Railroad reached the area, and the town was renamed Roseville after the railroad superintendent's wife, Rose. The railroad played a significant role in the development of Roseville, attracting businesses and settlers to the area.
