Roza Montazemi was a renowned Iranian cook and author of the most famous cookbook in Iran, "Art of Cooking". She was born in 1921 in Isfahan, Iran and passed away in 2009. Montazemi's cookbook has been a staple in Iranian households since its first publication in 1964.
