Rustamji Institute of Technology
Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT) is a premier engineering institute located in India. Established in the year 1999, it was founded in honor of Rustamji, one of the founding fathers of the Border Security Force (BSF), the world's largest border guarding force. RJIT has the distinction of being the first engineering college in India to be established by a paramilitary force. The institute is situated in Tekanpur, near Gwalior, in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
